Play a key role within Project Control and Cost Control to determine improvement by developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the whole department metrics and develop Current Month, Cumulative Forecasted Cash Flow data within a comparison to projected Cash Flow data. Work with PMs to ensure that all Projects expenditures are captured within the entire Programme Milestones Chart. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure a status of Earned Value (EVM) established for each of the Project. Responsible and contribute to compile the Department Business Case specifically focus on this entails: Cost Control, Forecasting, Budget vs Actuals cascade breakdown for each Project and overall Programme. Monitor and maintain Project Cost & Planning Database to gather relevant cost inputs and schedule a relevant Milestones against the relevant Project.
