The core responsibilities include overall responsibility of Project Control Governance processes and sets of principles including Project Cost Control, conduction of a Risk Analysis and mitigate impact to ARM. Work towards the measurement and specific objectives to ensure that Projects are proceeding according to scope and Budget and taking into account the assessed SAP Actuals and work breakdown structure (WBS) in aligned with Project Baseline.  Extensive understanding of challenging processes to enable establish the final outturn and create a  templates, practices, set of tools as a part of the process improvement disciplines. Accurate Budgeting, Forecasting in line with external workload demand and subcontractors workload demand in adjust to Actuals vs Estimate Forecast Baseline. Gathering the accruals commentary from PMs  to understand impact on the Forecast Profile and calculate the Final  Outturn.
